Yoga with Elly

Weekly yoga classes are available in Dent to suit all including those new to yoga.
Yoga, Monday 5-6pm
A general level yoga class. Suitable for most people with a good level of fitness and mobility. Classes take a varied format
Gentle Yoga, Monday 6.15-7.15pm
Starts on chairs with a short, guided relaxation and moves at a steady pace. Helps with achy and stiff muscles and joints, particularly neck, shoulders and hips. Improves balance and co-ordination and builds strength in ankles and legs. Good for those who are new to yoga or coming back after a break or illness. Other remedial classes are available on request.
Core Yoga, Wednesday 7-8pm
A strong class with pilates techniques. The class is best for those with a reasonable level of fitness, including runners and cyclists. It focusses on strengthening abdominal and core muscles and includes some more challenging standing flow yoga postures.
