Location:
Situated in the centre of the attractive old village of Dent with its narrow cobbled streets and surrounded by fantastic scenery. This delightful 17th century cottage is a Grade II listed building and has been restored with care, incorporating oak beams, oak panelling and mullion windows.

 

Accommodation: The cottage is comfortably furnished and is situation opposite Dent Church and Churchyard. This lovely holiday home enjoys an outlook over the surrounding countryside to the hills beyond and makes an ideal base for touring the Dales, or as a walking centre with open fells close at hand. The cottage has two bedrooms- one double and one twin with vanity unit, good size lounge with dining area, kitchen and bathroom with en-suite toilet.

Facilities: There is a general stores and post office within 50 yards and "The Sun Inn" and "George & Dragon Hotel" are both within 100 yards.

Services: Electric fire in lounge, night storage heaters, and all electricity is included in the rent. Colour TV, shaver point, Microwave oven and there are public washing and drying facilities at the George & Dragon. Stairs to integral basement garage accessed from the rear of the property. Bed linen is included in the rent and well-behaved pets are welcome.

High (£270 pw):
Spring holiday, school summer holidays, Christmas and New Year.

Medium (£215 pw): Easter, June to mid July, September and the October half term week.

Low (£170 pw): April, May and October, and February half term.

Winter (£145 pw): November to mid March.

Weekend (£105): Any 2 or 3 nights during the Winter season.
