New Clerk to the Governors required

We are a local charity based in Dent. Our aims are to give Grants to local Students under the age of 25.

We are looking for a person to support the Governors in their role of managing the charities properties and land.

Key duties:

·       Taking minutes and arranging of 4 Quarterly meetings a year

·       Co-ordinate between Governors and Tenants

·       Invoicing Tenants

·       A fixed Honorarium for this position will be paid per annum
