Dentdale Cottage
Buzzard's
Cottage Situated in the heart of beautiful Dentdale and
within the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Buzzard's Cottage
forms part of the Dent Crafts Centre - originally a
traditional eighteenth century hay barn which was converted in
the late 1970's. Sitting beneath Helm Knott and its circling
buzzards, the cottage enjoys splendid views of the surrounding
sheep-grazed countryside and the enchanting Dentdale hills.
The cottage interior is attractively furnished with a country
charm and the old world atmosphere has been retained with its
thick stone walls and spiral staircase. There are two en-suite
bedrooms, a ground floor double with shower room and an
upstairs twin with bathroom, sleeping up to four people. The
cottage is centrally heated and bed linen is supplied.
Breakfast and packed lunches can be provided if pre-arranged.
The dining kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven,
four ring hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven and
dishwasher. For your evening's relaxation, the lounge area has
a television and video, and a selection of books and games.
