This 18th century cottage is in a prime location in the village
centre with a westerly view down The Laning with Coomb Scar in the
distance. Looking east from the rear you look on to the Church of
St. Andrew with Rise Hill beyond.

Ground Floor
The ground floor features an open plan sitting room with a real
fire, dining area to the front, tastefully furnished through to a
well-equipped galley kitchen, with electric cooker, fridge, washing
machine, kettle and toaster.

First Floor
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a twin to the rear and a
generous double to the front flooded with natural light from two
large windows. Again tastefully furnished with tongue and grooved
panelled walls. Bathroom with walk in shower, WC and wash hand
basin.
Cotton towels and bed linen, heat and light included. Electric
wall heaters upstairs and down.
Parking available in the nearby village car park, a permit is
provided.
