Parkers Cottage is a Grade II listed circa 1700 farmhouse, with a small extension to the North built in the early 19th Century.

The house is built in mostly limestone with some sandstone.  There are 3 2-paned gritstone mullion windows and one single gritstone fire window.  The roofing flags were sourced from Deepdale itself.

There is a corbelled stone chimney on the South wall and the other stone has been built up externally to house a bread oven internally.
