This deceptively large stone built
cottage benefits from a central village location looking up the
cobbled main street towards the Sun Inn.
There is a good sized entrance hall
leading to the lounge with a bay window to the front and two
smaller windows either side of the real fire with a large leather
3-piece suite, TV with DVD player, beamed ceiling and partial
stone walls.

Also leading from the
entrance hall is a good sized kitchen, equipped with a
fridge/freezer electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, small
dining area, large windows to the front and a smaller window looking
towards the Church of St. Andrew.
There is a large separate dining
room with a window looking out to the church, with a downstairs WC
leading off. |
| There is a stone
staircase leading up to a landing with three good sized double
bedrooms. The largest room has a double aspect looking to the west
in one direction and up to the Sun Inn from the other. Bedroom 2 has
a view over the church yard, while bedroom 3 looks up the cobbled
main street.
There is a large family bathroom
with bath, separate shower, WC and wash hand basin.
